Tommy Myllymäki and Pi Le open up the new Bobergs Matsal at NK in Stockholm.

Bobergs Matsal, with a rich history dating back to 1915, is named after the renowned architect Ferdinand Boberg, who designed the NK building as one of his final architectural achievements.

Myllymäki, with his keen sense for interior design and his talent for selecting exceptional designers to collaborate with, has curated a menu that feels both uncomplicated and unique. The new menu at Bobergs promises to take guests on a remarkable gastronomic journey. This experience is further enhanced by a collaboration with Swedish artist Martin Bergström, who masterfully blends the present with tradition, welcoming guests to a central oasis that embodies Swedish heritage.

For the reopening of Bobergs, Tommy and Pi have enlisted the expertise of Swedish artist and designer Martin Bergström. Known for his abstract, bold, and organic style, Bergström's works are featured in prestigious institutions such as the National Museum, the Nordic Museum, and the Röhsska Museum. His ability to seamlessly move between fashion, design, and art is reflected in his contributions to Bobergs, where his art will be showcased through various specially designed screens within the restaurant.

Bobergs Matsal opens today, August 16, on level four inside NK.
