NOFO HOTEL & WINE BAR in Stockholm has been family-owned since 2011 and is today run by Alexander Alkesten as CEO with sister Linnea Tammemägi in the role of Food & Beverage Manager.

A brand new costume and new concept awaits for NOFO's wine bar when Linnea teams up with her close friend Matilda Sandell, who becomes the new restaurant manager at NOFO Wine Bar. Together, they will form a wine bar that should rather feel like you lokal winery.

At NOFO Wine Bar, a large selection of wines by the glass is offered with a well-sorted and lively wine list where the entire staff has been allowed to tab in with their own favourites. It will be a mixture of both well-known classics and modern natural wines from all over the world. Exclusive bottles from the wine cellar will also be enjoyed by the glass with coravin and there will also be magnum bottles for larger groups.

Linnea and Matilda are both food lovers and together with head chef Anabel Parra Ortiz, they have composed a menu with food that they themselves love to pair the wine with. The focus is mainly on smaller dishes such as charcoal-grilled squid and scallops, but there will also be interspersed with larger dishes such as whole grilled chicken with side dishes.

NOFO Wine Bar launching the new concept on March 7 and is open Monday–Saturday 15–01, and Sunday 15–23.
