Been using Aesop handwash for years and just recently discovered their skincare when I ws invited to a private guide to go through the range. My hands we're massaged for almost an hour testing out the wonderful products! The new to the cleansing family is the Gentle Facial Cleansing Milk. It's a mix between a cream and an oil, so if you're one of the people who are still unsure about oil cleansers this product is a good start. I have used an oil cleanser for years and I will never channge to anything else cause I feel it's the best way to really get down and clean my pores! Super mild and very fresh is the feeling!
I'm sorry K-Beauty but I'm going back to my original skincare routine, I tried you but you don't work well with my skin. Not sure what it is that did not go well, I have tried numerous k-beauty products and brands, tried different combinations and to ease it in my then existing routine. One thing is for sure is that I did not like most scents on the products and they dried out my skin in a way it had never been dry before, very dry and itchy.
My cleansing routine I used before is mostly French as you can see :) I am keeping my Shu Uemura cleansing oil, I have used it for over ten years and I will never change it (unless they stop making it which would be a dissaster). Also now they've stopped selling Shu Uemura in England which I had to discover the hard way on a trip to London recently. So Amazon it was, I usually always use the pink oil but was not availabe on Amazon when I needed to get a new one. Geez I really dislike Amazon, but that's a different story.
So here you have it, pretty classic but pretty damn effin good!!! I'm also adding Clarins serum to the party! Obviously these are just SOME of the products I use, but these are the troopers in my life! :)
Some products, such as a large cream or lotion (especially when new and full) are quite heavy. I’ve always loved Muji’s packaging for depotting and resizing my kit! Nice and clinical looking!
