As autumn arrives, renowned restaurateur Pontus Frithiof and sommelier Mario E. Moroni are set to unveil their own curated tea collection, aiming to redefine tea culture in Sweden. The collection, which features three distinct blends—Georgia Peach, Breakfast at Tiffany’s, and Cherry Fandango—is elegantly packaged and will be available for purchase starting mid-November 2024. Customers can order through Pontus’s web store, at his restaurants, and select retail locations, making it a prime gift choice for the holiday season.

Each blend was created in collaboration with The Tea Centre of Stockholm and Identity Works, ensuring unique, high-quality flavors and visually appealing designs. From green tea with hints of peach to a bold Indian black tea, the selection promises to pair beautifully with various dishes. Guests can explore these flavors further at Frithiof’s La Tour and Le Bar, where new tea-based cocktails and food pairings will be offered. Moroni emphasizes that this is only the beginning of their tea journey, with plans for future tea tastings and expanded offerings.
