New Spring Beauty Products To Know

Written by Susan Stjernberger

Odalisque Magazine asked the multi-talanted Susan Stjernberger, also known as Styleinscandinavia, to tell us her most used beauty products this spring. From the La Pausa De Chanel Blush, to Hermès new lip oil.

We wanted to know her secrets for that natural effortless look, and here are the favorites in her own words:

La Pausa De Chanel- Blush Lumiere Peche Rosee and Lipstick Rouge Baume Coco Flirty Coral
Love the color of this new Chanel blush to add a bit of rosie color to my much needed colorless cheeks. And I love the white casing of this hydrating lip baume. Both of these are from the new Spring Summer 2022 beauty collection.

The lipsticks come in 7 different shades called Dreamy White, Natural Charm, Flirty Coral, My Rose, Passion Pink, Fall For Me and In Love.

Hermèsistible-Collection of 6 Lip Oils
Six lip oils infused with color and fragrance to give your lips a glossy finish while boosting hydration at the same time. They come in a sunny coral, a spiced rosewood, a light-filled beige, a fresh pink, a sparkling purple, and a crisp red. I’m looking forward to a long Hermèsistible Spring and Summer thank you very much.

YSL Beauté- Lash Clash Extreme Volume Mascara
Designed with a patent-pending volume and brush to build shockingly oversized lashes and lasting an entire day. Sourced from YSL Beauty’s Ourika Community Gardens, Lash Clash’s fragrance-free formula is enriched with Iris Florentina extract that stimulates and protects the synthesis of derma-proteins. This one’s a keeper!

Sunday Riley 5 Stars Retinoid and Niacinamide Eye Serum
This hydrating gel-serum infuses high-strength retinoids into the skin, to plump and smooth wrinkles and crow’s feet. This one’s right up my alley with the mix of Retinoid and Liposome encapsulated retinol which helps to strengthen and support collagen production.

Mantle - The Calm Balm
They just launched their multi-use rescue balm with a new look, perfect for on-the-go situations where you don’t want to get your fingers sticky. The Calm Balm is your savior for dry patches, chapped lips, and other areas of your skin in need of some TLC. Added plus, there’s beeswax in it now which gives the skin added protection and slightly thicker texture.

Elixir Cosmeceuticals Ultradefense SPF50
Enjoying the sun after 5 months of winter in the Nordics means you need to start protecting your skin! With triple protection from both UVA and UVB rays this sunscreen is a blend of enzymes and antioxidants. It has a nice light consistency that goes with all skin types. Don’t forget to re-apply and use it every day.
