This week it came to my attention that apple cider vinegar is super healthy! Good for skin and hair, intestinal bacterial flora, metabolism and much more! So every morning, about 30min before my breakfast (when I eat breakfast) I mix about a tablespoon in a glass of water and chug it down! On day three now so wish me good luck! But I see why Japanese and Koreans have a long life expectancy, the fermented foods. Back in the days, vinegar was apparently used directly on the skin, I think that is one thing I will not be doing!
