I've been having really bad stomach pains of and on during the pregnancy and last night it got really bad. It normally goes away after a night of sleep but this morning when I woke up I wasn't feeling that great. So I decided to stay at home and get me some green juice for the belly. The ingredients are, kiwi fruit, banana, ginger, apple juice, lemon, spinach and flaxseed (or linseed). All you need is a blender. It's really tasty and healthy so even if you don't have stomach problems I recommend this for breakfast or mid-day snack. Remember, green is good. And please buy organic.
